Return & Refund Policy
• Custom DIY products made according to your requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Once the material kit is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Finished products will be shipped within one week. No return or exchange will be accepted without quality issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be kept in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at luna1666888@outlook.com. Please note that all returned items must be shipped to the designated address (please contact us via email for details).
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with detailed return instructions. We do not accept any packages returned without prior application.

Damages & Order Issues
Please check your package upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and provide a proper solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom & personalized products, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any doubts, please contact us in advance.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please return your current item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required. The returned goods must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and you need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will contact you after receiving and inspecting your returned item to inform you of the refund result. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may need additional time to complete the transaction.
